UPDATE - FIXED! See release notes.
Since 5.11.2 was released we've had a few reports of users who are using the preview mode (Show Preview at upper right of page) and they report not being able to click and select messages to view. The first message in the list shows up fine, but others can't be selected.
You can turn off the preview mode until we get this fixed, and then messages will view fine. This can be toggled at the upper right of the page by clicking Hide Preview, and can also be set in preferences.
Check this other bug report for some other possible workarounds.
If anyone can provide more information to help us reproduce this, please post it here.

A very helpful user with their script debugger turned on has reported some details to us that are very useful in tracking this problem down. Hopefully it will now be fixed soon.

UPDATE - FIX !
We have found the cause of this issue, and a solution. Clearing your browser's cache (saved web page files) and then reloading Web Mail will fix the problem permanently. In IE6, click Tools/ Internet Option, then click Delete Files (in IE7 select Temporary Files). In other browsers check the options for deleting the cached files.
We hope to release a fix soon so that this step won't be necessary.

Email Guy I have a question about the protection Pack and the 5 email addresses, I have deleted the email addresses out of my account but the Protection Pack still remains. All the support agents said it was an engineers job to remove them. Well this has been a problem since December of last year.
Please tell me that you can tell me how to get rid of the Protection Pack I don't want them. Thank You Dot Conley
