EarthLink will never delete any messages from your Inbox or any other folder you create in Web Mail for storing your messages. Only Trash and Spam are ever automatically deleted.

Is this really true? Seems to me I logged into an account that wasn't checked in 90 days, and I got a note that messages had been deleted. That would be a BAD thing, especially when here you say never, and also Google and most other systems never delete it either. I might be mistaken, but I just wanted to clarify that you really mean "never".

This question indicated that messages in my INBOX will not be automatically deleted. Ours are being deleted periodically (almost daily). How can i stop this from happening.

Is it possible to recover email from eathlink after it has been deleted from earthlink trash?
