Of course I am not at all surprised that you publish ONLY THE FAVORABLE comments about the new layout.
In the grand scheme of things a new face, a newer face, a prettier(subjective) face means very little.
I would like you to FIX such things as the Redirect Loop, which is causing me daily delay and aggravation .
It bounces back and forth between webmail.earthlink.net and webmail.c.earthlink.net just trying to get to the login page;
after 1/2 dozen or so times around my browser throws up the redirect loop message and says I need to accept cookies and if I am not rejecting cookies then it is most likely a server configuration problem.
I am accepting cookies from both webmail.earthlink.net and webmail.c.earthlink.net, so I have to believe that it is a server config problem.

I use both Web mail and Outlook Express for my EL mail, and I like this new format so much, I might retire OE. Great job!

+1 on the redirect loop aggravation.
